When do they SHIP?

POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL GUARDS-

We always do our BEST to provide you with EXCELLENT Customer Service, which includes making every effort to get you your stuff in the time-frame you require!

CHROME GUARDS TAKE LONGER- Chrome guards are cut on the same schedule as Stainless Steel finish guards. They are then delivered to our chrome plater. The turn around from the date that they are cut until they are ready to ship to you is from 7- 12 biz days.

NEED THEM FASTER??? Contact us...we will do all we can to expedite an order if at all possible!

POWDER COATED GUARDS- Powder-coated guards are also cut twice per week. For our STANDARD colors (those we offer on this website), they are ready to ship to you within 7 business days of the cutting date.

You will be emailed all pertinent info regarding your order within 24 hrs of placing your order.

SHIPPING METHOD: Standard shipping on all our heel guards starts at $8.00 for 1 set of guards. If you order more than one set, the shipping is adjusted based on weight & value of the items.

We work to offer you reasonable prices on our products & the cost associated with shipping while also maintaining high quality of both products & customer service.

Guards are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail - Delivery time of 2-3 biz days. (Delivery Confirmation included)

Packages are covered by Insurance for the value of the contents & shipping charges! In the event that any items are "lost" in shipping, the cost of the lost items shall be recoverable & we will gladly ship you out another set of guards at NO CHARGE!!

When Guards are shipped, you will receive an automatically generated email that contains all shipping label information.

Or by visiting the USPS website at: www.usps.com

NOTE: The U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee stage by stage "tracking" of packages....the label number is actually a "Delivery Confirmation Number". All packages are scanned when they reach the destination post office which after which a notation is made to the label number stating that it was delivered. This helps us to confirm that the items were delivered & when they were delivered.

WHAT IF I ORDER OFF-LINE & Don't have an email address?

If you don't have an email address, we can make a note to call you when your package ships & provide you with the label information.

International shipping prices vary depending on the service you would like us to use in order to ship your guards. UPS & FedEx offer the best package tracking...however they are VERY expensive. (1lb starting at over $60).

We recommend using the US Postal Service.....keep in mind though that tracking options via this method are VERY limited & only some services offer the option for insurance. We've shipped quite a bit of product internationally......so contact us for the rates & optional services available!
